Black Truffle Hunt in Graus

Our black truffle hunting activity is designed for the whole family. From December 1 to March 15 (approximate dates), you can take part in a guided excursion of about 2 hours that includes:

• Departure from Casa El Francés: meeting point in Bellestar de Graus, in a privileged rural setting.
• Walk through the agricultural landscape: vineyards, almond trees, olive groves, and cereal fields, enjoying Pyrenean views while learning about the truffle ecosystem.
• Truffle hunting with dogs: experience the thrill of finding truffles live and watch as the dog receives its well-earned reward.
• Cleaning and preservation demonstration: learn the best techniques to store and preserve truffles at home, maintaining their full aroma and flavor.
• Tasting of truffle-based tapas: enjoy tapas made with black truffles and wines with Somontano Designation of Origin. You can also buy fresh truffles to take home.

No previous experience required, just comfortable clothing and footwear.
