Casa Frauca is a small restaurant located in a splendid, fully renovated traditional building in Sarvisé, just minutes from the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park.
The restaurant, with its carefully curated decor, has a capacity for forty diners, where you can enjoy its excellent homemade cuisine—reviving traditional dishes and offering innovative creations—renowned throughout the valley for delighting even the most demanding palates.
A seasonal daily menu is available, along with an extensive à la carte selection of dishes of the highest quality, where the ingredients and their preparation are a true commitment of the house.

In 2007, the Aragonese Academy of Gastronomy awarded it the prize for the Best Family Restaurant in Aragon, and in 2011 it was recognized by the Government of Aragon with the Tourism Merit Plaque in the restaurant category.
