Types of Descents and Rivers

FULL RAFTING (MORNING)

Complete descent of the Ésera River from Campo to Santaliestra, divided into three sections: Silla, Pyramids, and Santaliestra.

  • Inflatable rafts for 8 people plus guide.
  • The first section is family-friendly (1 h), the second has more intense rapids (40 min), and the third lasts 1.5 h.
  • Midway stop for lunch.

Ideal activity for those seeking a full day of adventure in the Pyrenees.

SANTALIESTRA RAFTING (AFTERNOON)

Family-friendly section of the Ésera River, 5 km long and 1.5 hours in duration. Perfect for beginners and for enjoying the scenery.

  • No experience required, but swimming ability is necessary.
  • Minimum age: 5 years.
  • Season: April to October.
  • Price: from €40 adults / €35 children.
  • What to bring: swimsuit, towel, dry clothes.

The flow is regulated by the dam, allowing enjoyment all summer long.

CANO-RAFT

A combination of rafting and solo paddling in inflatable canoes. Descend the lively and crystal-clear waters of the Pyrenees, with prior training in safety techniques.

  • Suitable for beginners and adventurers alike.
  • Minimum age: 14 years.
  • Duration: 2 h 30 min.
  • Price: from €55/person.
  • Season: April to October.
  • Includes all equipment; bring swimsuit, towel, water, and picnic.

ÉSERA RIVER RAFTING (MEDIUM DIFFICULTY)

Descent through the famous “Las Pirámides” slalom section, between Campo and Santaliestra (10 km).

  • Class III–IV rapids, ideal for those seeking excitement without being experts.
  • Duration: 3 h.
  • Minimum age: 16 years.
  • Season: March to September.
  • Includes wetsuit, helmet, life jacket, and paddle. Must know how to swim and have average fitness.

FAMILY RAFTING

A calm and fun adventure down the Ésera (8 km) or Cinca (11 km) rivers. Ideal for families and school groups.

  • Duration: 2 h.
  • Difficulty: low.
  • Minimum age: 6 years.
  • Season: March to October.
  • Includes all technical gear. Recommended to bring swimsuit, towel, and spare shoes.

ARA RIVER RAFTING (SPRING ONLY!)

The most intense rafting in the Pyrenees. Class IV–V rapids between Torla and Broto (7 km). Spectacular scenery and pure adrenaline.

  • Duration: 3 h.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Season: April to June (snowmelt season).
  • Includes full equipment and professional guide. Requires good physical condition and swimming ability.
