General

Forest bathing consists of absorbing the atmosphere of the forest through mindfulness exercises, activating the five senses.
It is a Japanese practice, where we go into the forest to feel, smell, touch, look… to rest our mind, always accompanied and guided by a certified guide.
Close your eyes and listen, smell, breathe, feel… the breeze on your face, the humidity, the scents, the rustle of the leaves, the song of the birds, the laughter of the water, the voice of silence…
With Loreto Gabarre, “Turismo con Alma”, and Yolanda Fernández, “Shinrin-yokupirineo”, we are going to discover a world within the world we see, one that we usually neither notice nor feel. Loreto and Yolanda are Certified Forest Bathing Guides in “Shinrin Yoku” and possess a solid knowledge of this Japanese-origin practice.
