The restaurant is located in the historic center of Nueno, the gateway to the Sierra de Guara and the Pyrenees. NONUM specializes in grilled meats, as well as a wide variety of innovative and surprising dishes, made with the best ingredients and fresh products from the Pyrenees and Guara. Savor the essence of Aragon by enjoying their raciones, tapas, menus, and sandwiches, all prepared with care and available in vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free versions.

Its spacious dining room and covered terrace make NONUM the ideal place for events and groups, with all types of menus available. In summer, there is a municipal swimming pool on-site. It’s the perfect place to start or end your hiking and cycling routes (Salto de Roldán, Gorgas de San Julián, Pico del Águila, Pozas de Belsué…).
In the gourmet shop, you’ll find a selection of top-quality products such as oils, wines, cheeses, preserves, Iberian products, and liqueurs.
