General
Casa Villacampa (16th century), located in Mondot, offers two fully independent houses:
El Corral de Villacampa and La Masadría
El Corral de Villacampa is a renovated house characterized by a rustic style, using wood and local stone. Much of the wood used in the ceilings, frames, and railings is juniper, provided by the Villacampa family themselves and restored for the occasion.
The house is offered in full, over two floors, with capacity for 4 people:
The ground floor is an open space with a kitchen, living room with stone fireplace, and dining area. From this floor, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers, a swing, and a stone barbecue fireplace.
The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom.
La Masadría is a rural house located in the oldest part of Casa Villacampa. It was renovated and opened as rural accommodation in the spring of 2018. Like El Corral, it is a country house designed in the traditional style of the region, using stone and wood from the surroundings.
It has a total surface of 130 square meters, plus a private stone-paved courtyard. It is distributed over two floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, a toilet, a living-dining room, and a small adjoining sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace. One of the highlights of this accommodation is the old vaulted ceilings on which the house is built.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The beds measure 180 cm x 200 cm.
Located in Mondot, a beautiful village in the pre-Pyrenees of Huesca, in a rural setting where peace and silence are synonymous with comfort and well-being.
Free Wi-Fi is available, and both houses are fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, kitchenware, towels, and bed linen.
Very close to the Sierra y Cañones de Guara Natural Park and near Aínsa, it is a great starting point for exploring all the valleys of the Ordesa National Park.

Activities
Mondot se sitúa en el valle del río Susía, a 647 m de altitud, entre Arcusa y Olson, en la Comarca del Sobrarbe.
El pueblo quedó inhabitado desde finales de los años 70, aunque las casas se mantienen en pie y algunas han sido rehabilitadas para su ocupación en periodos vacacionales. Conserva las fachadas de piedra y los tejados de losa, y está rodeado de campos y olivos. Tiene unas magníficas vistas del Pirineo aragonés.
Está situado a 25 km de la villa medieval de Aínsa, en pleno corazón del Pirineo de Huesca, centro neurálgico de la Comarca del Sobrarbe, próximo a los Parques Naturales de la Sierra y Cañones de Guara, al Geoparque del Sobrarbe, pero también al Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido o al Parque Nacional del Pirineo Francés.
La ubicación es ideal para pasear o para bañarse en una gorga natural, para practicar todo tipo de deportes de aventura y acuáticos, como barranquismo, rafting, canoas, escalada..., visitar las pinturas de Arte Rupestre en el Parque Natural del Vero, las bodegas de la Denominación de Origen Somontano, patrimonio arquitectónico...
Se encuentra en una localización ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza con una total tranquilidad y silencio.
