House Mur of Aluján (Casa Mur de Aluján) is a 15th century architectural complex declared Cultural Heritage Site because of its defensive towers, cellars, medieval paintings, wine presses, and even its own chapel. The accommodations retain the traces of life in a stronghold and self-sufficient house, but have been masterfully adapted for modern living with comfort and functionality. A property with gardens, in the midst of the peaceful countryside life.
It offers different homes: The Bread House (4 people), the Oil House (4 people), the Wine House and the Tower (8 people), and the Loft (2 people). All the homes are fully equipped and carefully decorated. The property can be reserved as a complete house, with a capacity up to 16-18 people.
This fortress house dates back to the 15th century, and along with its monumental, artistic, and ethnological heritage, visitors can experience or participate in agricultural and livestock activities, from collecting eggs, bottle-feeding a lamb, or milking a goat.
House Mur is located in Aluján, a small village in the Fueva Valley, in the Aragonese Pyrenees. It is an excellent starting point to visit Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, Posets Maladeta Natural Park, and the Sierra de Guara Natural Park.

House Mur is located in Aluján, a small village of about 15 inhabitants at 635 meters above sea level, belonging to the La Fueva Valley, in the Aragonese Pyrenees.
It is an excellent starting point to visit the Ordesa National Park, Pineta Valley, Añisclo Canyon, the Sierra de Guara Natural Park, and the Benasque Valley, among many other must-see places during your stay in Aluján. Additionally, it is very well situated for visiting the walled complex of Muro de Roda, the Monastery of San Victorian, the Buddhist temple of Panillo, and towns such as Aínsa, Boltaña, and more.
